· Procurement Agent for Transactional, Tooling, Calibration, Laboratory Equipment and Capital Equipment projects across all platforms. Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance with technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities. Lead stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases. Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Conduct and guide supplier assessments. Identify and manage all aspects of supplier, statement of work, RAA, contractual commitments and performance to identify cost savings initiatives and develop risk mitigation plans.
