The Division General Manager is responsible for all Operations, Safety, and Business Development for 5-7 facilities performing charter passenger operations and employee shuttles in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado. This work includes duties in each of the following areas: Business Development; Personnel Management; Financials; Operational Process and Procedure; Customer Service; Facilities; and Fleet Management. This position reports directly to the Senior Executive Vice President for DS Bus and communicates with executive leadership as necessary to inform effectiveness and impact of Policy, Process, Procedure on each location’s market opportunities and assigned employees. Position requires superior skills in the areas of leadership, written and oral communications, judgement, decision-making, financial competence, human resource management, and planning.
