• All Master Scheduling duties below, in addition to expediting components for fabrications.• Executing the daily Thru-Put Sync to generate the Houston facility schedule as required.• Updating Epicor notes on jobs that are being expedited to completion.• Generate detailed data analysis reports on fabrications and shop schedules.

• Interact with the sales team and production control to communicate and more efficiently schedule tubular fabrications as needed by the customers.• Track availability of components required for tubular fabrications to communicate possible issues/concerns before they become problems.• Weekly meetings to manage tubular fabrication capacity forecasts throughout the shops and find solutions for low or high capacity issues.• Daily maintenance of the Tubular Fabrication Master Schedule for accurate reports.

• Communicate with necessary vendors for pricing on parts and equipment.• Provide quote estimates to customer's and sales team members.• Provide information about cranes and crane pricing to customers.• Design spreadsheets in excel to assist in providing more timely and accurate quotes.• Directly work with customer's to ensure all their crane needs are met.

• Greet and seat the guests with a cheerful attitude and respect, in a timely fashion.• Keep the workspace clean, and assist waiter/waitresses as needed.• Train any new host/hostess for a duration of two weeks or longer in how to properly seat guests and how to organize the flow of guests to the right areas for the waiters. Also training what to do in particular situations and abiding fire code regulations.As a Waiter:• Greet guests at their table and have provide them with a drink within 3 minutes of being seated.• React to the guest providing them with the experience they are looking for ie. If the guest is in a hurry, get all food and drinks out as fast as possible.• Keep the assigned section of the restaurant clean and to make sure all the condiments are always full for the guests.• Keep track of all transactions acquired and to close out with the manager at the end of my shift.
