While attending college Mr. Deshotel started his first company in 1996, providing dump truck services for companies such as ExxonMobil, Home Depot and Atofina. In 1998 he expanded into the demolition business, working with the cities of Port Arthur, Beaumont, Houston, and Texas City. In continuing to grow his career he became General Manager of Beaumont Warehouse & Transportation, which provided off-site warehousing and on-site warehousing services to clients, including Firestone, Lanxess and Goodyear. In 2005, Mr Deshotel helped founded Dez-Tex Developers LLC. There he worked to develope a 60 lot subdivision, became a home builder and remodeler of multi-unit residential properties, mini-storage facilities, churches, totaling over 300 properties in Southeast Texas. Mr. Deshotel is a life-long resident of southeast Texas, raised with a strong work ethic and absolute dedication to God, family, community and his clients. He has truely spent his lifetime serving the community with an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. Since helping found DezTex Industrial Services, he has served as Vice President overseeing operations. Mr. Deshotel's personal mission in this role is to ensure that safety is integral to every project and activity we do and to make sure that the teams we have understand their duty is not just to their own protection, but of all of the people at the site.
