I have been in the navy for six years as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, I have served on the submarine the USS ALASKA and I will soon be teaching new Nuclear Machinist Mates, Electrician Mates, and Electronic Technicians. I always try to perform to my best and give my all to my work constantly, i try to strive for this so that way i can be an example to my junior personnel and my family. I do enjoy working hard and will pursue work where work needs to be pursued. Since im a Nuclear Machinist Mate, this has greatly expanded my work responsibilities, allowing me to branch out into many different fields of experience, such as refrigeration work, mechanical operations, quality assurance, and administrative work. I'm currently going to college to get my bachelors in Nuclear Engineering Technology and i intend to pursue a masters once that is done. I am a E-6, qualified my senior watch, Engine room Supervisor, and Engineering watch supervisor. I have my journeyman certification as a hydroelectric mechanic and working towards my certification as a refrigeration technician. My key values are work ethic and transparency, i believe that everyone should work as hard as they can and be as honest as possible. Honesty is always the best option and no matter who you are honesty is one of the most important traits of any worker.

I am my divisions leading petty officer, so i am in charge of leading my men, scheduling and ensuring maintenance is accomplished correctly and efficiently. I interface with third party technicians and supervisors to ensure work is done properly. I have written hundreds or quality assurance packages, and i have reviewed hundreds that are not even in my own divisions. I am frequently contacted for assistance in quality assurance and will always do my best to assist in any situation.I have performed hundreds of maintenance items since i have been on board, ranging from lubricating valves to isolating and working on our reactor and associated components. I now supervise my junior mechanics as they perform this work and provide the necessary technical feedback whenever it is required.
