-- Risk Specialist 2007-2013Responsible for the technology compliance for various Operations Infrastructure support groups, including Wintel Infrastructure, Mainframe Services, Global Technology Asset Management, and others. Responsibilities include evaluation and recommendation for Risk and Control Self Assessments, to ensure proper controls are in place to meet regulatory and audit requirements. Also responsible for coordination of activities between these support organizations and the auditors, during any internal or external review.-- Development Lead 2004 - 2007Responsible for the definition and construction of the division’s first process workflow solutions to automate the full cycle facilitation of Contract Maintenance and Payment Processing requests. These workflow solutions are custom interfaces utilizing the Acorde/Optika process routing engine.-- Business Analyst / Program Manager 2003Responsible for the overall coordination between the business and technology divisions responsible for the reconciliation of all cash and non-cash accounts processed within the Global Corporate and Investment Bank. Converted to a full time employee after completing the following responsibilities under TekSystems. Primary function was to coordinate the automation of all reconciliation, and consolidation of automated systems to a single platform.-- Project Manager 2002Responsible for a small development team tasked with completing the development of an in-house VB/SQL reconciliation system, and ensuring its flexibility and scalability for expansion to additional areas and new businesses.Lead the re-design of the architecture of the application to support a generic implementation, including the development of standard file formats for input, a standard processing methodology, and a generic reporting mechanism to support multiple organization structures and differing terminologies.

-- Process Engineer 2001 - 2002Responsible for defining, documenting and implementing process across the Engineering organization.Documented all existing processes and implemented through a web based interface in order to facilitate the move to CMM level 2.Implemented and maintained modifications to the Rational Unified Process in order to move the Engineering department to a more consistent and universally accepted process enabling further movement up the Capability Maturity Model for future projects.-- Program Manager 1998 - 2001Direct report to the VP of Engineering, responsible for managing the infrastructure among the various Engineering departments to ensure successful delivery of MetaSolv's commercial software suite.Managed the successful delivery of five major releases of MetaSolv Solution (formerly TBS or Telecom Business Solution).Managed the issue resolution of two key MetaSolv customers to ensure their satisfaction with the product and turn them into primary future references.Implemented the initial configuration management and problem tracking system for the development organization that enabled more efficient development and reporting on the status of problem resolution and released functionality.
