Perform accounting technical research. Development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures Provide U.S. GAAP support to the Divisional and Corporate Finance leaders. Organize quarterly calls with global controllers to review results and perform accounting inquiries/reviews. Lead/direct the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and related procedures. Assist with the annual external audit and serve as a liaison between the Company and external auditors to resolve complex accounting and reporting issues. Assist with the preparation of Audit Committee material and Board material.
