Lance Friedman is an East Coast based expert advisor and principal at Blackstone Capital Advisors, Inc., which specializes in the identification of venture and mature capital markets opportunities, capital formation services, and advisory services, including but not limited to interim operational support services, related to bankruptcy and corporate reorganization and expert witness litigation support in complex commercial matters. Lance’s clients consistently receive exceptional guidance in complex, challenging transactions that span across national and international boundaries. Prior to launching Blackstone Capital, Lance was the co-founder of several operating companies whose business purpose utilized acquisition roll up strategies, where revenues exceeded $300,000,000 in certain of the endeavors within a short business cycle. Lance has advised and/or retained as an outsourced senior manager, work out specialist and/or business development advisor for many business and at the request of several large independent broker dealers in the United States. He has participated in and advised banking teams, various investors in many corporate public and private finance transactions, including reverse merger and PIPE transactions, IPOs, private equity and debt placement transactions, as well as selected merger and acquisitions.
