I'm responsible for maintaining the appearance and equipment inside and outside the Hotel. • I’ve also overseen two renovation, ran and organized by me without the use of an outside property management group.• I’ve established a very extensive Preventive Maintenance program that ensure us we hit every room/equipment on a daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual, or Annual basis determined by the factory request or needs of the room/equipment.• I’m also the established the use of the Maintenance program HOTSOS for engineer use as well front desk allowing them be able to log their MOD report that can record recoveries and resolution. This allows them to see what room, department, or Issue causes the most incidents.• I've also been a key player in our going green mission in order to save money. We keep track of our recycling as well as finding new idea in order to save energy. Since coming on board the hotel has reduce energy consumption by 35%.• Last year by using ingenuity and out of the box thinking we were able to save ownership over $800,000.

A cost of over 100 million. • Knowledgeable in Maintenance Program, such as, Synergy, HOTSOS, Hotel Expert, and Mapcon. At this property I implemented Synergy from the ground up. Creating the PM schedule, equipment list, setting up the paging system, and training all the staff. I’m also the properties super user for synergy.
