In 2017, Lance Harding founded the company The Good Couch, LLC which is a used furniture franchise based in Denver, CO specializing in the procurement, refurbishment, sale, and delivery of used furniture, specifically: couches, loveseats, armchairs, sets, and sectionals. 2018: The company has grown to 3 locations, 1 of which in Knoxville, Tennessee, partnered with Denvers' best non-profit, Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, and has been top-story on CBS Channel 4 News for its success. 2018: For the purpose to raise money for Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, The Good Couch made the first ever couch summit on the highest peak in Colorado, Mt. Elbert.
