While I was at Rivian I was responsible for the Headliner, Hard Trim and Visors from concept to production. I worked with Rivian Design Studio to achieve the desired aesthetic for the Headliner, Hard Trim and Visors. I was responsible for packaging and sending out RFQ packages for the Roof Rail Air Bags, Cabin and Cargo Floor. I was responsible for meeting all the Homologation Requirements for the Headliner, Hard Trim and Visors. I worked with my suppliers and Rivian Test Engineers to create and complete the Validation Plans and DFMEAs for the Headliner, Hard Trim and Visors. I root caused and solved issues to support manufacturing, pass validation testing, and achieve the desired fit and finish. I worked with the studio, manufacturing and my suppliers to integrate the cameras, microphones and modules in the Headliner and Hard Trim to achieve the desired aesthetic appearance from the studio, functional requirements of the parts and the manufacturing/ tooling requirements. I worked with the Rivian Thermal Team and Amazon to implement insulation to the cabin and cargo areas.

I was responsible for 1st Generation Chevy Volt & Cadillac ELR from VPI through launch and responsible for the 2nd Generation Chevy Volt. I worked with Electrical, Structures, Purchasing, Manufacturing, HVI, and Ergonomics to integrate the overhead system. I supported the prototype builds and program launch to resolve engineering issues. I worked with the FMVSS201U integration team and successfully passed VTC without any issues.
