While I was at Workhorse, I was responsible for launching the W750 Step Van into production. I was responsible for production releasing the Cargo and Cab parts in NX and Teamcenter. I was responsible for resolving all manufacturing, testing, and fit and finish issues. I modeled and released many of my design changes in NX and Teamcenter.

While I was at Rivian I was responsible for the Headliner, Hard Trim and Visors from concept to production. I worked with Rivian Design Studio to achieve the desired aesthetic for the Headliner, Hard Trim and Visors. I was responsible for packaging and sending out RFQ packages for the Roof Rail Air Bags, Cabin and Cargo Floor. I was responsible for meeting all the Homologation Requirements for the Headliner, Hard Trim and Visors. I worked with my suppliers and Rivian Test Engineers to create and complete the Validation Plans and DFMEAs for the Headliner, Hard Trim and Visors. I root caused and solved issues to support manufacturing, pass validation testing, and achieve the desired fit and finish. I worked with the studio, manufacturing and my suppliers to integrate the cameras, microphones and modules in the Headliner and Hard Trim to achieve the desired aesthetic appearance from the studio, functional requirements of the parts and the manufacturing/ tooling requirements. I worked with the Rivian Thermal Team and Amazon to implement insulation to the cabin and cargo areas.

I was responsible for the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra headliner and Chevy Traverse and Buick Enclave headliner and interior hard trim. I was responsible for 1st Generation Chevy Volt & Cadillac ELR from VPI through launch and responsible for the 2nd Generation Chevy Volt. I worked with Electrical, Structures, Purchasing, Manufacturing, HVI, and Ergonomics to integrate the overhead system. I supported the prototype builds and program launch to resolve engineering issues. I worked with the FMVSS201U integration team and successfully passed VTC without any issues.

I performed analysis and made recommendation to pass the hood and fender requirements for the Buick LaCrosse and the Buick Verano.

I was the Lead Design Engineer for the Chevy Cobalt decklid from pre VPI to launch.I was DFSS project leader for Chevy Cobalt Decklid Effort project.I performed an Autoform one step analysis on the Chevy Malibu sourced parts and made recommendations to help formability of the parts.I help develop common decklid typical sections for the Front and Rear Closure Systems team.I developed criteria and designed parts for the Buick LaCrosse and the Cadillac SRX.

I was responsible for developing test and analysis plan for structures and closures. I demonstrated compliance to Federal Requirements for structures and closures and was the Lead Standard Engineer for FMVSS 214.

I was responsible for quoting the validation plan and actively participated in quoting the piece part price and tooling for the Opel J3210 front and rear seats

I was responsible for problem solving tasks for power seat adjusters. I utilized sound and vibration testing equipment and software for component analysis of power seat adjusters

I was responsible for the engineer and design tasks on the 1999 Navistar NGT door module and the 1999 Ford Windstar side flip windows.
