I root caused and solved issues to support manufacturing, pass validation testing, and achieve the desired fit and finish. I worked with the studio, manufacturing and my suppliers to integrate the cameras, microphones and modules in the Headliner and Hard Trim to achieve the desired aesthetic appearance from the studio, functional requirements of the parts and the manufacturing/ tooling requirements. I worked with the Rivian Thermal Team and Amazon to implement insulation to the cabin and cargo areas. -
