Manage 4 Supervisors and approximately 70 Associates that Support Manufacturing of assorted canned Beans for a wide range of Customers of which Krogers, Aldi, Target are a few of. Operate 2 shifts that Label, Store and Ship both Nationally and International.

Supervise the Daily activities of Full Service Drivers ensuring Driver productivity and route schedule adherence. Key functions include issuing keys, money bags, change funds, summary reviews, route reviews, and daily reports. Other duties include Safety and DOT training and monitoring. Accident investigations and reviews.

Supervise Production, Lab and MaintenanceStaff of forty-two. Initiated pilot program for the supervisor position to develop overall knowledge of the Production, Lab and Maintenance job functions and how they interact with each other. Goal of program is to develop the supervisor's skills to enable supervisor's to move into managerial role in any of the 3 functional areas. Successes include: #1 out of 60 Plants in P.O. Attainment #1 out of 60 Plants in Unconstrained Line Efficiency

Supervise fourteen Transportation Drivers in the San Diego Branch. Review Daily Logs that include D.O.T. Manifests. Schedule daily routes to nine local warehouses, guaranteeing on time, and in full, delivery of product. Maintain employee files and investigated any personal or vehicular accidents. Review Kronos payroll system to ensure accurate timekeeping for fourteen employees. Schedule the maintenance and repair of equipment including tractors and trailers. Conduct monthly Safety Training and maintain records.

Managed sales area which included maintaining customer service, inventory levels, product rotation, selling new brands, and maintaining our equipment to insure that foreign product is not put in them. Successes include: Successful launch of one liter Coke Zero at 100% penetration. 80% coverage on all Coke Zero Packages. Doubling Evian coverage in assigned sales area.

Oversaw a staff of 110, including seven operational employees who were responsible to meet deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction. Successes include: Took leadership role in several cross-functional teams; including internal audit programs, integration of XY Routing system, and revision of territory structure. Improved distribution lines by increasing the accountability of drivers and planners.

Managed the San Diego warehouse, collaborating with Sales, Distribution, and Production. Managed building and loading trucks for local deliveries. Successes include: 20% reduction in overtime in warehouse. Re-Structure of warehouse layout to affect a more efficient loading and unloading process to meet time constraints.
