Responsible for overseeing individuals who investigate, evaluate, report, and manage related liability incidents involving CN’s business assets. Responsibilities:· Manage and direct activities of Risk Mitigation Officers · Administer implemented policies and procedures for proficient file management · Monitor the work provided to in-house and outside counsel · Identify and proactively assess risks Planning: · Support the strategic planning of reducing and minimizing risk · Compile, analyze, and communicate monthly and yearly reports

Provide in-house and outside counsel with a work product to support the Company’s legal defense strategy and assist in lawsuit and claim resolution.Serve as the CN representative in depositions, settlement conferences, mediations and trials.Work with team to help reduce workplace injuries and third-party accidents involving trains and railway equipment.

Oversee dock operations to maximize fluidity of incoming and outgoing product; mainly iron ore pellets.Maintain production within annual budget and predict future projects and costs.Supervise and manage several crafts to achieve optimal dock performance.Review and enhance all safety aspects and jobs conducted by dock employees and third-party contractors.
