About Lance Hyde, Mba

With over 20 years of experience in leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Supplier Diversity, and Community Engagement initiatives, I am a certified DEI professional and an award-winning executive in my field. I have successfully created and headed the DEI programs for Fortune 500 companies and established measurable goals, strategies, and metrics to advance DEI across the organizations. As the first VP of DEI at Erie Insurance, I led the DEI program and collaborated with the executive council and cross-functional leaders to establish measurable goals and outcomes. Under my leadership, EQT's annual Supplier Diversity spend grew from $73 million in 2012 to $1.2 billion in 2018 (1,544% increase).
