I work with the different benefit programs and vendors. A few highlights are working on the 401(k), pension, medical, disability and Total Reward programs for our employees. Working directly with the different vendors on contracts, RFP's and future benefit programs. I work with the internal/external audit when doing regular annual audits of our 401(k), pension and benefit plans each year. For example to prepare the 5500's and other items. In addition I do strategic work looking at future benefit directions for the company. I also work on due diligence when we are looking at potential acquisitions. I enjoy the different aspects of HR Benefits and the working with employees and the strategic side as well.

I work with all the benefit plans and vendor relations. This includes the benefit plans for U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada operations. Also, I work on Due Diligence tied to M&A and how that ties into the benefit plans. Work also includes managing the 401(k) and Executive Benefit Plans. I'm involved with all employee benefit meetings and helping manage those. In addition I manage staff. I also work with our outside consulting firms.
