As a Principal Customer Success Solution Architect I maintained the responsibilities of the Sr. Customer Success Solution Architect and took on the following additional responsibilities:- Gained responsibility for the technical success of >10 accounts concurrently with most over 1M/yr ARR.- Responsible for providing continuity through two direct management changes in less than 1 year.- Developing a plan for continuous contact with all customers in an account portfolio on a biweekly basis in a sustainable manner to better monitor customer opportunities and prevent churn.- Responsible to aid all CSM staff and Presales staff in challenging solutions through technical and strategic support.Major Accomplishments:- Architecture Talk Series - curated a set of >20 talks on Protegrity solution architecture covering solutioning best practices and design patterns with our products. Customer feedback was strongly supportive once they started attending resulting in the desired continuous contact and Trusted Advisor Status.- ML Optimization through K8s sidecar - developed a MVP demonstrating how a secure sidecar could be adopted to address detokenization in a cloud ML workflow environment. Through coaching and mentoring the healthcare IT team I supported their development of an MVP which resulted in 3 or more order magnitude performance improvements enabling one of the largest expansion upsells in the history of Protegrity.- Churn Prevention at Major Entertainment Provider - a major entertainment provider was convinced by the staff at Snowflake that they no longer needed Protegrity for their sensitive financial data as it would be protected by dynamic data masking. By educating our internal champion from Snowflakes own documentation I was able to show the separation of duties risk as well as data at rest risk the organization would be taking on by eliminating Protegrity. This effort resulted in a reversal of stance and discussion of new use cases on Protegrity.

As a Sr. Customer Success Solution Architect I retained the responsibilities of a Customer Success Solution Consultant but also had the following additional responsibilities:- Responsibility for relationship with 5 accounts with worth all over 1M in ARR. - Held and managed product roadmap and QBR meetings.- Advocated for Client Request for Enhancement(RFE)- Positioned for tactical support to address Java, Python and DSG solutioning/coding issues.- Responsibility for developing Cloud Accelerators. (Maintained Sample Code)Major Accomplishments:- Secure Snowflake Data Sharing - A major healthcare company needed to replace its old private/public key sftp data transfers with Snowflake data sharing transfers. Working with the client I developed a data sharing architecture that secured sensitive data at the field level, managed separation of duties through distinct token domains, provided chain of custody and responsibility tracking for sensitive data resulting in the ability to identify what entity is responsible in the event of a breach.- Automated Blue/Green Deployment - A major financial institution had issues with adoption of our container based products as automating blue/green deployments was not within their skill sets. I developed a script based framework deployable to their CI/CD environment resulting in the adoption of our container products on a wide scale in multiple Geos.

Coordinated with Technical Architects and Leadership of Protegrity clients and staff in order to guide customers in accomplishing their Strategic Enterprise Initiatives leveraging Protegrity products. This includes: - Creation of PoC in the major cloud environments. - Drawing and presenting technical architectures for vision setting. - Communicating and explaining technical advances. - Informally influencing internal staff to align to customer needs. - Technical analysis and problem solving resolving product gaps at an architectural level - Writing best practice documentation for dissemination to customers. - Exhibiting thought leadership by building Demos to help expand pentation at current customers and prospect at new customers.Major Accomplishments:- AWS Cloud Cost Optimization: Within my first 2 weeks at Protegrity saved over 500k/yr and 3 head count by automating the management of EC2 resources. I identified the opportunity, did the financial projections, and pitched the solution to leadership for implementation. - Protegrity Platform Learning: During my first year of employment I learned most of our 9 product lines with product variants exceeding 400 products when OS and platform variants are counted. Early on I became SME for some like our k8s products being the first field person to deploy them.

Mentor and manage technical staff of 14 direct reports and 114 indirect reports for delivery of software solutions. In addition to supporting staff directly I work on rolling out initiatives across the ODC such as Tech Talks, Bench programs, and other productivity enhancing efforts under the direction of the ODC director.

Executing multiple roles for the Softworld Onshore Development Center (ODC). Including:- Technical Leadership of a pod of 7 developers focusing on Data initiatives for a large banking customer.- Interviewing and screening incoming staff.- Engaging in sales efforts as a technical consultant for the purpose of scoping the staffing needs of new development centers.

Cemex- Lead the engagement to customize and deploy an Analytical Operations(AOps) system for Global Analytics to manage their models. Plugins where written in RStudio to capture model code and libraries. JBPM was utilized to build business processes that performed CI/CD operations for model building on code or data changes. The solution's master server was deployed in a docker container.Citibanamex - Developed a transformation framework for Talend. This custom java solution allowed the inline evaluation of spark-sql within Talend to support some difficult workflows. Bench - AOps research, development and planning to enable deployment of AOps on Teradata Vantage.

Work in the COE foundry group to build solutions to AT&T internal customers big data problems. Primary responsibilities include data analysis, data delivery in hive, solution delivery in Spark. Recently completed a medium sized reporting solution in R Shiny on RCloud, built a site utilization analysis tool from log mining with Spark, and won AT&T's internal Stack overflow competition as its highest reputation user across the entire company.

Health Information Designs:Second Engagement: Pod lead for GWT and camel service update to support customization of a HID product offering Prior Authorization Logic.First Engagement: Worked as project lead on the migration of web services for a custom pharmacy fulfillment application from IBM message broker to a custom Java solution using Apache Camel. Texas Instruments:Provided application process models and example scripts for a POC of a software integration project for the Circuit Design Repair lab.AspireHR:Developed a java proxy servlet that integrated Successfactors and SAP Odata connections while providing facilities for user mapping and obfuscation to provide a single Odata connection source.Southwest Airlines:Production software development consulting in an Agile development methodology for the Revenue Management organization.

Developing a custom configurable benefits application that functions standalone or with success factors. Front end work done with SAPUI5 and back end work with Spring & JavaEE 7. - Key features include an extensibility framework for all entities. - Override framework for application modification without redeployment. - Ad hoc data query service where any entity can be queried, joined and filtered to provide unparalleled access to system data for authorized users. - Configurable success factors data import capable of Odata or SFAPI import with dependency checking, data transforms, and rectification allowing custom connection to any Success Factors implementation.

Held responsibility for all software design and implementation for Krypton Solutions. Architected our internal automated testing platform software. Performed system integration and compliance acceptance tasks for our testing platform including hardware debug. When not working on our automated test platform I provided embedded solutions as part of the Design Engineering Team. - Coded firmware in a CES award winning product for a large IC manufacturer. - Developed flexible, inexpensive, automatable, electrical hardware testing platform. - Developed 31 applications including reporting, automation, and testing at a pace of 500,000 lines of code/year.

Held responsibility for operations automation. Performed Circuit Design Repair (CDR) {also called Circuit Edit (CE) or Focused Ion Beam (FIB) edit}, complex process of modifying Integrated Circuit (IC) design. Obtained large sets of electronic data necessary from various sources, including, but not limited to, layout information, edit plans, and process requirements of submitter. Served as software development liaison. Shared responsibility with IT operations for software development for CDR lab. Interacted between CE editor and IC design team to address part failure due to deviations inherent in solid-state devices/FIB process materials and inability to simulate for complete coverage of design. Developed cross-functional standards. Changed method of development of TI Process Development Kits (PDKs) used across TI for IC design. Took responsibility of representing FA needs at TI to platform managers. Worked with FA and Platform stakeholders to get auxiliary flows added to PDK DRC decks to meet TI’s FA needs. Qualified, organized, and transformed data sets automatically into standard tool ready dataset for multiple FIB platforms, key to low Cycle Time (CT) and high yield. Managed all change requests and prioritized for teams. Provided final test validation of use cases and technical support; handled all software vendor relations.• Selected to be a member of Texas Instrument’s (TI) Technology Manufacturing Group Tech Staff.• Provided excellent customer service by intentions of design team and bringing up unexpected interactions.• Initiated Analog Layer Name Standard at TI, reducing yield fallout and easing support functions.• Designed, architected, and deployed three enterprise applications with complex cross-operational boundaries. • Developed screen scraping tool, using decision trees and instance-based learning to simulate vision.

Held responsibility for advancement of Circuit Edit by mastering current best practices of TI’s Senior FIB edit team, finding gaps, and developing solutions. Expanded role to include creating talent pipeline to train graduating Electrical Engineers in circuit edit. Trained three UTD EE graduates in circuit edit, using FEI 235 as development plan for sustainability of circuit edit talent. Provided first line Linux/UNIX Support for users unfamiliar with systems and experiencing difficulty utilizing non-GUI environments. Provided rapid response supporting CT, preventing production delays due to many software design assets with fail modes, such as license checkout errors.• Produced TI FA (Failure Analysis) Lab standard layout processing tool, Layout Maker, utilizing heuristics and instance-based learning to provide a superior interface for creating CAD (Computer Aided Design) layouts from structured data and text processing of LISP files. • Built circuit edit evaluation tool called Knights Navigator for marking up an IC layout with data, allowing validation and optimization. Incorporated edit opportunity evaluation system for visualizing alternative edit locations. • Created a FIB edit auto-optimization expert system. The created tool extracted data from a layout, transformed it into a schematic, found areas of edit opportunity, and processed information to find optimal edit site. Filed for patent.• Spearheaded improvement of TI’s PDK process flows for FA labs by becoming an FA lab champion and representing FA needs to TI platform managers. Data from improved PDK flows created efficiencies in FA labs worldwide. • Developed methodologies to perform advanced circuit edit on 45nm copper technologies without optics.• Coordinated development of backside edit with outsource vendor utilizing non-optical FEI 235; project achieving max planarity deviation of 4 um peak to trough in 200x200um trench.
