Established company to run Noel Leeming Henderson as a Contract Managed store. This was a profit sharing arrangement with Pacific Retail group and later Noel Leeming Group. My company purchased all stock.The position involved full responsibility for all aspects of store management including, exceeding store sales and profit targets, increasing bottom line available profit, controlling and minimising expenses including wages and store operational costs, employment and development of all staff, control of all stock and its merchandising, full responsibility for delivering high levels of customer service and support to all customers and staff. As part of Contract Management I also ran a separate management company for tax and loss attributing purposes.Noel Leeming Henderson had a turnover of $7.5 million in sales per year, a staff of 15, and stock holding of just under $1 million dollars.Held Store management positions with Noel Leeming group prior to setting up the Contract Management agreement.
