I designed and wrote a records management system for Sheriff’s to manage warrants, Dispatch, Jail, etc. Making changes and updates to programs utilizing COBOL and Linux/Windows integration. Upon request integrate system with other vendors using XML/CSV, FTP, SFTP and other methods for data sharing. Utilize problem solving and troubleshooting skills when taking calls for issues and/or modification requests for system both on site and remotely. Maintain TCP/IP network including wiring, routers, firewalls, wireless equipment, and end user computers and servers.
