• Fully participate in and support the Loose Plastics Incorporated Quality System.• Ensure concerns, comments and questions by truck drivers are met.• Required to ensure all regulations and the appropriate records are maintained for USDOT, EPA, MDOT, OSHA, and the State of MI in regards to transportation of LPI material to and from supplier/customer destinations. • Required to process all shipping needs in a timely manner• Responsible for ensuring all incoming materials are properly stored and handled in a timely manner. • Responsible for setting up shipments • Responsible for ensuring the proper documentation such as bill of lading, packing lists, IFTA logs are completed and forwarded to the appropriate personnel.• Responsible for licensing of personnel and vehicles and maintain appropriate records• Responsible for obtaining any permits needed for shipping• Responsible for ensuring the truck drivers are fit for duty, have the proper licenses, documents for trips, materials. • Responsible for coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure transportation requirements are met. • Responsible for tracking deliveries are made on time to customers.

• Fully participate in and support the Loose Plastics Incorporated Quality System.• Responsible for adherence to the production schedule and production targets.• Responsible for process control settings per the applicable setup chart for the line and part # produced. Responsible for revision of setup chart as applicable.• Responsible for maintaining the correct material blend throughout the manufacturing process.• Responsible for accurate labelling of all grind/regrind, unused material, and QC Hold material related to processing at assigned production line. • Responsible to continuously monitor sheet and make process adjustments as necessary to ensure optimum sheet quality.• Responsible for accurate completion of all paperwork.• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all quality measurements & testing and for taking necessary action to address any quality defects.• Responsible for basic line equipment maintenance.• Responsible for accurate packaging of all materials.• Responsible to provide support to Packer and other co-workers whenever possible. • Responsible to train Packers, Operators or other co-workers as needed. • Responsible to maintain a clean and safe working environment.• Responsible for advance preparation and providing support to expedite changeovers and tooling changes.

It is required that QI check dimensions, appearance, orientation of sheets being produced hourly and sign off inspector reports and job orders. This also requires testing orientation on required jobs.
