Supply Chain Management is a branch of business that I am passionate about. I am excited to keep learning about my degree and build different connections to better the future of others around me as well as my own! I love a comfortable work environment where working together is something that is looked up to and communicating is a major reason why the work environment is successful. I plan to graduate in the Spring of 2025 with my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. My first work experience was a role at Walmart, which has significantly helped my progression through the workforce. This position has allowed me to engage with a diverse range of individuals and has provided many opportunities for personal and professional growth. My enthusiasm for helping others is demonstrated in my role as a stocker, where I ensure efficient handling and placement of merchandise, supporting both team members and customers in navigating the store environment.In addition to my position at Walmart, I also serve as a Lead II at JCPRD. This role has improved my experience with different challenges and the joy of creating new experiences within a team. It has increased my understanding of community needs and enhanced my ability to adapt and manage different situations effectively.I enjoy networking with different people and companies to expand my professional network. I like solving problems and collaborating with others, where teamwork is crucial for success. I enjoy observing team dynamics as members work together to resolve challenges.
