Submission of firm fixed price proposals to DLA and negotiation message responses. Supervisory work in directing the daily activities of 6 Water Treatment Plants, 29 Lift Stations, and the distribution/collection systems.

Preparation/approval of 5 operational budgets and 3 Five Year Capital Improvement Plans. Direct supervision of Water Manager, Wastewater Manager, Distribution Foreman, Collection Foreman, and Meter Service Workers (2).
