Refinery Team Leader - Multiple Refineries
Current•Manage the production activities of both hourly and salary team members to ensure Operation’s actions result in safe, compliant and quality work achieving scheduled production.•Technical troubleshooting in a wide variety of aspects including evaporation, crystallization, separation, drying, transporting, and packaging of product.•Coordinate weekly maintenance planned schedules, in addition to product line and plant wideshutdowns.•Execute improvement projects for safety, cost reduction, quality, and production output.•Participate on plant wide hourly hiring team, oversee training and performance reviews, and complete necessary discipline investigations.•Involved in plant wide packaging quality team to improve finished product appearances.•Provided direction to production team members through MOC's, SOP's, and work instructions.
