Civil Engineer (EIT) with 2.5+ Years of Experience in the Telecommunications Industry.Over the past 2 years and counting, I have developed many technical skills and leadership qualities that have contributed to my growth as an engineer and team leader in the workplace. I plan to further develop these skills over the next 2 years to achieve my Professional Engineer License. Just a few of those skills:• Designed 50+ new conduit routes for fiber optic utility carriers from existing infrastructure to proposed destinations including data centers, government facilities, and commercial buildings,• Designed for permanent and temporary relocation of existing fiber optic facilities in the public Right-of-Way for over 30 unique projects, spanning new bridge installation, road development, and new building construction• Performed 50+ field site walks on behalf of clients to document existing site conditions for new fiber and equipment installation to design a cost-effective path for stakeholder approval and construction• Attended over 30 utility coordination meetings with and on behalf of clients with local DOT jurisdictions, utility providers, and various other stakeholders in the DMV area• Reviewed and deciphered complete engineering drawings for large-scale projects to note proposed conflicts with existing infrastructure to provide Statements of Work, Proposed Design Solutions, and Estimated Engineering Costs to Clients• Proficient use with AutoCAD Civil 3D, O-Calc, Revit• Extensive use with various engineering survey tools, such as the Ike and Trimble Units
