Planning and Scheduling a 1.5 billion square foot (yearly) corrugated plant with 2 Evols, 3 Martan FFG’s, and one Die Cutter. Reduced and eliminated, including but not limited to, side trim, out of stock, and aged inventory. Managed getting the site out of being embargoed by CSXT, having over 50 cars on hand, with over 80 trailers on site with rollstock.

Including Inland, Longview, Southern, Greenbay, and International Paper. Also, contracted work to provide support to box industries, including, but not limited to, scheduling, shipping, planning.

Worked directly with manufacturing and sales in the planning/scheduling and Warehouse management of the Decatur Facility. Also trained and consulted several locations on the use of Kiwiplan and planning techniques, including the Atlanta box plant, the Savannah box plant, and the Murfreesboro box plant, with plans to train every site in need of expertise in.

Primary responsibilities include the planning of a full line corrugated facility and inventory management. Coordinate all planning activities throughout production, including a corrugator, six presses, finishing equipment, and a sheet plant facility. Manage and purchase roll stock, wax, and various critical raw materials. Responsible for production.

Designer. Worked directly with Sales and Customers to design and sample corrugated packaging. Planner for full line corrugated facility. Responsible for the efficient planning of production facility and Shipping Department. Purchased all raw material.Additional activities included the management and implementation of various Safety plans and personnel.

Promoted from planning position with Union Camp. Sales responsibilities included obtaining and servicing poultry customers within the southeast region for the Tri Supply division of Decatur. Over a years period of time, increased sales numbers substantially. Worked directly with customer service and shipping personnel. Design trainee and Supervisory relief.

Scheduled full line corrugated facility. Also trained in design, shipping, customer service, and supervision on shop floor.
