Medical sales in Health Information Management

Provides leadership and regional management to Maxim Healthcare's Strategic Business Lines including: Maxim Health Information Services, Orbis Clinical and Maxim Physician Resources.• Oversees division-wide sales, operations and budgeting for national business lines• Implementing scalable-growth models throughout Maxim Healthcare divisions• Communicating and reinforcing Maxim Healthcare' vision, mission and core values.

MHIS provides comprehensive health information management and clinical documentation improvement services to customers nationwide.• Oversees national sales, recruitment and clinical teams with performance accountability.• Directs recruitment and fulfillment of short-term, long-term, and direct placement positions, with all coders and auditors holding AHIMA or AAPC certifications.• Ensures division-wide compliance to AHIMA and AAPC standards• Oversees development of ICD-10 training and education initiatives for both staff & clients
