Technical Authority (TA3) supporting quality control and quality assurance per management of change (MOC) process for modifications and capital improvements to Gulf of Mexico (GoM) Mississippi Canyon Corridor facilities (Mars, Ursa, Olympus). Discipline Controls & Assurance Framework (DCAF), delegated TA2 responsibilities as technical reviewer/approver of drawings and vendor data and as participant in HAZOP/HAZID discussions. Subject Matter Expert (SME) specific to relevant Technical Integrity Performance Standards (TIPS) and Design & Engineering Practices (DEPs) for pipe, valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, PSVs, flare systems, etc. Per PEI inspection reports, determine remaining life predictive risk based monitoring or creation of maintenance tasks to repair, paint, re-rate and/or replace corroded sections of pipe and other pressure containing components. Pipeline Remaining Life Assessments per collection of data (i.e.: production, chemical, inspections, corrosion coupons, NDE, etc.) for input into Hydrocorr model to validate and risk rank flow lines and risers of subsea well tiebacks to host GoM facilities. Coordinated studies for life extension of well flow line flexible jumpers beyond original 20-year design life. Coordinate inspections, maintenance and refurbishment of Production and Export Riser Tension Systems (PRT/ERT) that attach and pull in constant tension direct vertical access (DVA) well risers and export risers to GoM deepwater floating platforms. Develop Bolt Torque Tables for various stud and gasket materials for publication in Flange Management Plan. Issue guidelines for selection of studs, nuts and gaskets for dissimilar material flange bolt ups. Participate in field safety audits of GoM production facilities to risk rank process integrity per regulatory and internal standards. Participate in regulatory audit of onshore unconventional wells, separation, compression, dehydration and pipelines.
