Lance has been with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management for 44 years, having joined the Firm in 1980, and serves as the "Marcus Team Leader." He leads all team personnel, and serves as liaison to Merrill management. He also provides the leadership needed to maintain the team's high performance level within the Merrill Pasadena Complex, and helps clients manage their portfolios.Lance offers prospective clients his significant experience working with high-net-worth individuals. He started in the Sherman Oaks Merrill office in 1980, in the operations department. Two years later, he assisted in opening the Thousand Oaks office, where he worked as an operations manager. He transferred to the Pasadena office in 1984, becoming the operations manager of the Pasadena Complex and six other regional offices. In 1986, Lance joined The Ryan Team, becoming an associate of Richard Ryan, who had been with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management since 1957. After Mr. Ryan retired in 1993, The Ryan Team became The Marcus Team under Lance's direction.Over the past 20 years he has volunteered his time as a varsity softball coach at Royal High School, in Simi Valley.
