I led the process of acquiring oil and gas properties in a 14 state region. This included networking with numerous oil and gas producers to obtain information regarding their current producing wells. I personally qualified the properties, researched the production of said wells, contacted the current operator to begin the buying process, compiled multi-stage economics, negotiated a final sales price and implemented the PSA, Bill of Sale and/or Assignment.During this process I also evaluated each well and reservoir concurrent with the operation taking place to forecast enhancement possibilities and techniques that may be utilized in order to increase production. These evaluations were specifiically used by our engineering, operation and land departments for the understanding of each property I purchased.
