About Lance Mckinnie
I'm a paramedic and business professional who sets the bar for excellence, driven to help my community with compassion. I have a vast background in building EMS/Fire programs in Emergency Management. I am able to work well under the most intense environments thanks to my career as a First Responder since 2005 when I joined the AZ Army National Guard. I was deployed to Afghanistan in 2007 and served honorably as an Infantryman. After coming back from deployment, I was able to refocus and grow with the Fire/EMS community. I quickly advanced to leadership in the fire service and became a Fire Captain. In this role, I built four EMS programs from the ground up. I was also working as an International Flight Paramedic. In 2021 I helped grow a Paramedic program with a Level One Trauma Hospital where Paramedics were being augmented in the ICU. Serving my community has always been my passion and helping those in time of need.
Listed skills include Emergency Management, Ems, Ambulance, Emergency Services, and 64 others.
