Remotely optimized the daily schedules for the entire wind fleet (120+ sites, 1,000+ employees) using a variety of inputs such as wind speed, maintenance cycles, faulted turbines, technician skill, materials, etc. As a former Wind Technician, I served as the conduit between the sites and headquarters to verify appropriate workloads, achievability, and set the sites up for success.Worked alongside WindLogics to create an iPad app for live updates of safety inspections, procedures with checklists, etc. This app allowed my team to see in real-time which tasks were being accomplished and redirect resources as necessary.
