● Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction activities for all assigned projects● Organizing and Leading pre-cons. Project Pre-planning for all phases of project● Project contract, specification, and scope review.● Simultaneously Managing 40+ Sitework, Utility, and Concrete projects ranging from $250K - $6M● Managing the complete submittal, RFI, and Change Order process● Accountable for the accurate orders of material needed for each project● Proactively contacting all vendors and subs for quotes, and executing all contracts● Making certain all permits have been approved prior to commencement of work● Distributing and analyzing all construction changes to plans, schedule, and change orders● Constant communication with all superintendents to ensure the workflow is positive and consistent● Job site visits and frequent meetings with all clients to assure we are exceeding their expectations● Managing various Subcontractors● Constant review of bid and plans in order to maximize profitability of my projects● Reviewing and approving material/subcontractor invoices● Proactively Preparing and submitting all monthly project pays● Produce and deliver timely, accurate, thorough, and comprehensive material take-off for bid proposals● Prepare and document project take-off materials and pricing

● Responsible for accurate and timely material take-off (underground utilities, concrete) on bid schedule● Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction activities for all assigned projects● Proactively soliciting vendors and subs for quotes● Assist Senior PM with the overall planning, scheduling and management of Projects valued up to $20M● Assist Senior PM with production schedule of projects to ensure delivery date per contract documents● Solely Simultaneous Management of twelve to fifteen projects ranging from $500K - $5M● Managing/Approving submittals for all required materials, permits and shop drawings● Releasing and scheduling all necessary materials to begin projects● Distributing most recent IFC plans to all field personnel● Frequent job site visits and constant communication with all superintendents and job foreman● Proactively drawing up work orders ahead of schedule in order to lock in best price possible● Managing all subcontractors daily work and schedule to ensure all turn-over dates are exceeded● Performing daily take-off of work performed● Responsible for accurate and timely change orders on projects● Performing field measurements for accurate quantity of work performed● Accurately billing all Pay Apps on projects● Scheduling walk-through and close-outs with all required personnel

● Responsible for accurate and timely material take-off (Sitework, concrete) on bid schedule● Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction activities for all assigned projects● Soliciting vendors/subcontractors for all required material/work on projects● Reviewing all quotes to assist in the buyout of all material● Signing up Subcontractors as needed● Managing the complete submittal process● Managing the RFI process; drafting, submitting, distributing, and expediting the process with Engineer● Constant communication with Senior PM and Superintendent to ensure all field matters are resolved● Constant organization of overall project paperwork, re-distribution of revised plans to the field● Scheduling all meetings with superintendents, PM and clients as needed. Sending out meeting minutes● Assisting field crews with all necessary needs that arise on daily basis● Attending all Client and Team meetings to benefit the overall success of both my employer and myself
