DSW Homes specializes in time sensitive disaster relief, rehabilitation and new home construction. We strived to be the number one customer service builder with a commitment to providing superior quality homes. I worked with all types of government entities and with homeowners to ensure the construction programs and projects we participated in succeeded and exceeded expectations. I personally spent over 3 months working in Chicago as a Production Coordinator with a total of 59 jobs under construction. I worked against very strict deadlines getting change orders approved through the program, getting the superintendents inspections, permits, and all other paperwork together. I worked directly under the Production Manager. After working in Chicago I started building new construction homes in all of Galveston County. Being that DSW specializes in disaster recovery, we were a program builder that completely demo the home and rebuild in the existing lot in a maximum of 35 days. Working down on the Gulf Coast I mastered what it takes to pass each and every inspection that comes with building here including, 4 stages of windstorm inspections, Program inspections and also all Municipalities. I managed all my budgets down to the last dollar. I spent numerous hours building all my schedules and learning new ways to cut back time and money per project. Finally, I supervised and manage all of my subcontractors.
