Willow Creek - Director of Donor Development, worked directly with Willow's top 400 donors in an effort to assist people in getting better connected at the Church, answer questions, make introductions for them with staff and other attendees, encourage continued tithing to the church.

Full time staff member at Willow Creek Community Church and is one of the leaders of Willow's Section Community program. Lance oversaw the recruiting and hiring of 93 Section Leaders who lead 250 seat Sections within the 7,000 seat auditorium of Willow Creek Community Church.
