Additionally, implemented and optimized service lines for home health and hospice. Homecare Homebase was the chosen EMR for the Enterprise. Collaborated closely with business sponsors and internal IT team to reach benchmarks. This included evaluation of business scope and impact assessment to gauge and develop best cost-effective and efficient solutions. Managed on-site and virtual support for internal customers.
