Lance O’Connor is an Emmy Award winning Executive Producer and the owner of Minted Content, a full service production company and creative agency with an emphasis on its high-quality work and top-notch directorial talent.Lance has launched global campaigns for the world’s most renowned brands including Apple, Cadillac, Coca Cola, CNN, Nissan, Pepsi, and has won awards from prestigious organizations such as the Emmys, Cannes Lions, AICP Awards, The One Show, The ANDYs, and the Clio Awards. Recently, Minted has expanded its portfolio to encompass developing bold and innovative feature films, television series’ and mobile applications all while continuing to maintain a fierce focus on quality and excellence.Lance's personal experience in the entertainment industry dates back almost three decades and spans many sectors. After graduating at the Royal College of Art in London, he first made waves in the industry in the 1990s with his recognized short films. From there, he began working on documentaries for BBC, Channel 4, and Canal+. In 2002, he co-founded the advertising agency American Rogue as well as the production company Aero Film the following year and was the EP of those companies until he founded Minted in 2017.Lance is a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA), the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP), and the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
