• Redesigned Salesforce instance to better leverage the software’s existing functionality and meet the changing needs of the program. Tasks included redefining relationships between data objects, rebuilding Apex classes and triggers to be more efficient, and creating dashboards that get automatically emailed to users on a weekly basis.• Introduced the use of third-party applications in Salesforce to enhance its functionality. Examples include using a solution that merges Salesforce data with Microsoft Excel and Word templates, and another that scans documents into Salesforce and stores them in specific records using barcodes and OCR technology.• Set up the initial integration between Salesforce and SQL Server using DBAmp software, and scheduled a job to regularly replicate data.• Created stored procedures in SQL Server to calculate complex KPI report data using Salesforce data.
