Currently responsible for the steering of the entire vehicle chain process from Order to Delivery including Programme Planning, Order Management, Production Control and Steering, Time Quality, and Vehicle Distribution.Programme Planning responsible to manage the production long term scenario production programme planning, through medium to short-term production programme planning.Order management responsibilities are to manage vehicles sales order inflow to suit the production requirements, balancing supplier and production restrictions, take-rate reporting and the details of daily packaging planning. Maintain the correct order fill per Production Week, calculating production deadlines and scheduling cars for launch.Production Control and Steering; Responsible for the control of the Launch master sequence, market priorities and wholesale requirements. Also responsible for steering the completion of each Vehicle from the start of Body-in-White through to handover to Distribution team at Goodwood, ensuring a customer first approach to the KPIs, responsible for steering 'time quality' throughout the entire Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Vehicle Chain, from Order to delivery, a key measure to identify production stability.Transport & Distribution; responsibility for dispatch in order to facilitate on time delivery to customers, via land, sea and air, also the responsibility for the offsite storage facility, and management of the 3rd party logistical contracts and service providers.

Responsible for managing the Rolls-Royce Spare Parts Business, worldwide parts ordering, warehousing and distribution of spare parts, management of Third Party Logistics Service Provider, supply and replenishment of the entire RR spare parts assortment, ensuring Parts Business efficiencies are achieved, whilst maintaining the highest possible Customer satisfaction.
