• Day to day account management• Implementing review process and conducting policy reviews• Active claims management• Producing and presenting quotes to clients• Relationship management with suppliers• Gathering and maintaining high quality information in the CRM • Administrative support to the Advice team

• Providing advice and generating sales on a range of products, including: life insurance, disability, dread disease, income protectors, and retirement annuities and investment products for individual clients• Management of corporate accounts (life and pension funds)• Daily building of new client base through sales leads generation and follow up• Maintaining client relationships and retention of sales• Ensuring that existing client plans are kept current• Maintaining client contact and determining changes in their financial needs• Offering guidance and advice to clients regarding bank account records, income tax returns, life and disability insurance records, pension plan information, and wills

• Proactively manage international claims portfolio in triage• Responsible for investigating, negotiating, and processing settlement of claims (property claims, stolen recovered vehicles, and liability)• Responsible for foreign class system and stolen recovery vehicles• Training on EIC motor level 2 for international claims, including the compilation of training material• Coaching and mentoring of new staff
