• Oversees and manages a team responsible for developing comprehensive brand strategy that encompassed brand style guidelines, identity development, brand architecture, product positioning, and regulation compliance, overseeing 21+ health plans nationwide• Develops and spearheads the strategic direction for all brand messaging across diverse marketing channels, advertising mediums, and communication platforms, working closely with C-Suite executives to ensure alignment with organizational goals• Leads in-depth brand research initiatives and crafted positioning strategies across various Lines of Business (LOBs), implementing competitive tactics to enhance market presence and brand differentiation
