I started as a sales rep in supply division. after 3 years became manager. with in first year double sales from 80k to 150K within 5 years was doing over $600K annually was responsible for customer service, had 13 customer service reps, that had to follow up on multiple misrepresentations from sales reps, so believe me I have my share in experience on how to handle and deal with customers. first word of advice Honesty, if you are honest and upfront I believe you will be very successful.
