- Gain an understanding of the strategy and tactical plans to meet the client and Advito's goals - Work with account team to identify reporting requirements for customer, follow up to ensure monthly reporting is accurate and timely - Maintain account specific updates in Salesforce/Clarizen- Ensure data integrity, preparation and delivery - Ensure schedule is adhered to for monthly reports or runs from various reporting tools for pre and post travel data - Follow up with OM/AM on inaccuracies/inconsistencies - Ensure monthly client contracted reporting (compliance, market pairs, etc) is on time per any service level agreement or internal client KPIs - Client scorecard – compile, review items required to client for scorecard – followed up with AM/OM - Client reviews – complete standard data and graphs for client reviews. Ensure complete and accurate, pull benchmarking data from similar clients - PeopleSoft case support – managed, escalated and resolved - Continuity of processes with Customer Care Online and traditional office - Portal support and administration - Ensure imported and contracted data is correctly posted - Suggested best practices for information management - Ensure all info is valid and up-to-date per agreement
