Metrics:Level 1 surveys completed by 75.8% resulting in a RASC score of 96.1; Level 2 pre- and post-assessments completed by 90.5% resulting in a knowledge gain of 27.5 to 43.7 depending on class. Actively measuring results by Level 3 and should have meaningful data by Q1 2020.

Programs included a selection tool (Caliper), Learning Management System (TRAIN stats), e-Learning (NETg), internet based assessments (QuestionMark).• Documented 369 participants completing a Train the Trainer workshop; increasing Hours per Employee training from 3.18 to 11.44 in one year. • Developed technical curriculum that is the only non-union, non-trade school program recognized by the Department of Labor and “Certified as a part of the National Apprenticeship Program in accordance with the basic standards of apprenticeship established by the Secretary of Labor.”
