Primary responsibilities included:• Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of SeaChange Ad Insertion infrastructure for a nine-market footprint within Cox Communications• Daily validation of schedule loads for local insertions spots, and verification delivery for previous day aired spots• Maintaining working relationship with local MTC teams to assist in troubleshooting and change requests• Create/Maintain/Troubleshoot DOS based scripts for automated file transfers• Use of SQL for queries and configuration validation• Use of UET/Remedy for trouble tickets

As a Producer, I was responsible for concept to completion of commercial advertising spots that promoted the proper image for each client in order to meet the goal of their advertising campaign. Responsibilities included script writing, story boarding, video acquisition, editing, and graphics. I was also responsible for concept and production of quarterly promotional spots for Cox Media. As a Producer/Director, I was primary on several weekly Local Origination shows and live events. Weekly shows included topics such as health, spirituality, politics, and sports. Two of my weekly LO shows were also LIVE call-in broadcasts. As Director, I was responsible for the image and production of graphics packages for each show. For three years I was also primary Producer/Director the the LHSAA High School Pairings show. This high visibility show was broadcast LIVE across the entire state on Cox Sports Television, informing high school football teams of their scheduled opponents in round one of the state playoffs. This show was highly graphic intensive, with much of the information coming in the morning of the broadcast.
