I also liaise and communicate with suppliers and stakeholders across the business, ensuring all communication streams are accurate, effective and timely. Providing reports on operational flow to help secure sound working relationships with onsite business partners.

Within this role I was responsible for the primary and secondary traffic flow management for all vehicles providing a safe well organized control system for the presentation for the loading of the vehicles.Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety procedures within the yard area were adhered to by all drivers. Managing the allocation of vehicles to their dedicated bays/zones for loading of live news.I oversaw the management of the shunting operation in conjunction with onsite Haulier(s), ensuring that vetting of the vehicles conformed to the sites regulations and security procedures.

At Entertainment UK, I was accountable for the management of the Returns Department within the Distribution Centre. I managed and lead the staff who carried out the important functions of the refurbishment of stock that is returned from our leading retail customers.I supervised a team of 30 agency and 9 permanent staff who carried out various functions within the department from picking of the stock, to the dispatch of the stock.
