Duties also include compiling video evidence for risk management department or law enforcement by request.

Kokomo, Indiana Area

-Responsible for fire prevention and safety for FCA Tipton and Kokomo plants. -Conduct preventative maintenance checks for mechanical and electronic fire suppression systems.- Site inspections to authorize hot work to include welding, grinding ,and cutting for FCA and contracted staff members. Duties also included observing crews at the hotwork site with neccessary FPE incase of emergencies.-CPR and Basic first aid certified as required.-Retrieval, Basic first aid, and transport to Emergency Response pick up points for injured FCA and contract workers.-Maintaining fire fighting equipment to include fire extinguishers and hoses for incipient fire fighting as required.

-Responsible for continual safety and security of contract holder assets including buildings, equipment, and personnel through static entry control, foot and vehicle patrols, and monitoring of CCTV systems. Exact duties and responsibilities were at direction of the contract holder and authorized by Per Mar Security.- Responsible for observing all activity on or around contract holder properties, challenging unauthorized access to restricted areas, and report all illegal or suspicious activity to law enforcement.-Responsible for maintaining and submitting complete logs of daily activity and major incident reports to contract holder, Per Mar corporate, and law enforcement as applicable.- Responsible for coordinating services, hiring personnel for contract site, and maintaining accurate time sheets for corporate payroll during time as site supervisor. Also to coordinate with corporate office in cases of Per Mar personnel-caused incident, and to conduct on-site drug tests, and submit all necessary paperwork for Workman's compensation, or employee termination.

-Responsible for separating general stock from delivery trucks by aisle, placing the product in correct place, and storing back stock of product that does not fit on shelf for later refilling. -Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and neatness of aisles including facing all product so it can be better seen by customers.- Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat appearance in uniform and to assist all customers with finding product, facilities, or other assistance as needed.
