Supervising all oilfield construction work. Responsible for completing jobs from customers. Maintaining current relationship and venturing out to establish new customers. Play a role in the hiring process along with vice president to make sure we hire the best individuals for out customers. Setting up safety classes and other needs for employees .. safety inspection on tools equipment and PPE. Getting trucks and equipment ready and equipped with right tools or even training to be able and provide a safe and Hassel free service to getting out customers what they need. Looking over field tickets and invoices . #1 making sure my crews are home safe after each day they are at work.

Responsibility's of over seeing roustabout crews hiring and training of new personal. Managing current customers and obtaining new customer relations with in the construction side of surface equipment as well as maintenance services. Main objective is to gain a respectful relationship with current and new customer's with providing services needed / services offered.
