At Mint Fresh, I oversaw a small team across multiple departments, with the goal to provide customers with a premium shopping experience, quality fruit and vegetables and a delicious café offering. As an Assistant Store Manager, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, ordering stock, stock management and compliance. Being a medium-sized business, I also had the opportunity to go beyond the ‘normal’ duties and assisted the owners in creating regular email marketing, product development during COVID-19, graphic design and other administrative work. My favourite part of this role was building customer relationships, deepening our ties within the community and working alongside a diverse team that became a second family.

At PwC, I had the opportunity to work on multiple engagements across the public and private sectors. My roles included ensuring financial advice compliance, data compilation and analysis and presentation development for stand-ups and stakeholder meetings. I regularly engaged with Salesforce and other CRMs and used both Microsoft and Google tools to build spreadsheets and presentations that were well-received and utilised across the division. I am well-versed in engaging across the hierarchical structure, working alongside other analysts and associates and reporting directly to senior managers and directors. This role allowed me to take initiative, express my creativity and identify avenues for further analysis that went beyond the initial brief and added further value.
