6 month secondment to the Investigations Team

Since joining Caldwell Martin Cox Solicitors I have assisted clients in a wide range of matters including estate litigation, criminal and traffic law, civil and commercial litigation, mediation and negotiation, debt recovery, victim’s compensation, estate administration, estate planning and tenancy disputes. In addition to this varied case work I also lead the Estates Workgroup at Caldwell Martin Cox Solicitors. As the team leader of the Estates Workgroup I chair Workgroup meetings, assist and mentor other Estate Workgroup solicitors, prepare and present papers on relevant Estate Law topics, review and update precedents and introduce more efficient file handling procedures.
