CurrentI run the station in charge of making dips, salads and wraps. We are a production facility that produces food orders for the business’ stores and well as many bars, restaurants, and local grocery stores around the Wilmington area. I have also worked every station in the kitchen and am able to be pivoted to anywhere when needed.• Time management (Meeting the deadline for orders daily)• Lifting 50-75lbs• Packaging and labeling orders• Opening the kitchen • Cleaning and closing down kitchen• Maintaining a level of cleanliness while working• Loading and unloading food orders
