I have experience in providing support for U.S. SEC Filings for both domestic registrants and foreign private issuers. In addition, I have thorough experience in IFRS Filings, Assurance, Internal Controls, Auditing, UKLA transactions, HKEX filings, and Financial Accounting. I have worked with multinational corporations both private and public located in North America, Asia, Europe, South America, and Oceania. I have experience across numerous industries including technology, healthcare, payments, medical device, industrial products, aerospace, retail and consumer, energy, pharmaceuticals, utilities, agriculture, and mining. I have helped navigate clients through complex transactions, systems implementation, new accounting standards, public filings, M&A activity, restructurings, compensation integration, legal communications, and SEC correspondence.I graduated with honors with major in Economics and a Masters focused in Accounting from University of Michigan Business School. I have been based out of Detroit, Denver, and Auckland New Zealand with PwC.
